Momentide delivers sophisticated advertising services with a specialized focus on strategic market timing. Our comprehensive approach encompasses market intelligence, strategy development, bespoke creative production, precision campaign execution, and continuous performance enhancement.

Client Engagement Protocol

To maintain our premium service standards, we request that clients provide timely assets and approvals, designate a primary collaboration point, respond within established timeframes, and disclose any industry-specific compliance considerations. This collaborative framework enables us to deliver exceptional results.

Intellectual Property Framework

All creative deliverables remain the intellectual property of Momentide until complete payment is received. Upon fulfillment of financial obligations, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license for agreed utilization of deliverables. Strategic methodologies and proprietary frameworks remain exclusively with Momentide.

Investment Structure

Our premium service requires a 90-day strategic partnership commitment, reflecting the time required for proper market timing implementation. Full payment is due upon agreement execution to secure our dedicated resources and expertise.

Liability Parameters

Momentide's total liability is expressly limited to the actual fees received for services rendered. We do not assume responsibility for indirect consequences or market performance beyond our strategic execution framework.

Partnership Conclusion

Either party may conclude the engagement with 30 days' written notice if obligations remain unfulfilled. Following the initial strategic period, either party may transition from the partnership with proper notice, ensuring a professionally managed conclusion.

Governing Principles

These Terms operate under the jurisdiction and legal frameworks of Wyoming, United States, without reference to conflicting legal principles that might otherwise apply.
